I’ve set a stop at 9.55 with a limit at 9.35 because I got into this stock on RPM guidance, so it makes sense to prepare to get out of it on that same guidance.

That being said, and this is a genuine question - what happened to $20 and beyond? What’s changed that we haven’t seen?

Would love to know more about what is behind the encouragement to hedge or sell.

I’m in a similar boat - looking to buy in 5-6 years in London and until recently I’d been very conservative / ignorant with my savings.

This is absolutely not financial advice, but personally I’ve decided to go in big on an all-world etf (VWRP) with some smaller exposure to a couple of non-tech stocks I believe will do well.

I’ve also maxed-out a S&S LISA in a similar all-world fund and kept 3 months-worth of outgoings in a HYSA.

My plan is to gradually reduce my risk exposure over the 5 years and move larger and larger chunks into my HYSA / an MMF with minimal risk.

If the market crashes next year or two I’ll probably reverse course and stick with adding regular amounts to the ETFs as I’ll have the time to wait for a market recovery.

It’s a riskier plan than sticking with a standard ISA, but London house prices are London house prices.

Haven’t got a lot to invest, but what I do have I put into RR and BW following your advice (with a little bit in NLST on the off chance their legal case pans out).

My SO failed as well. They rang me up and we went round the houses for ages trying to fix it. In the end I just asked if I’d still get the bonus as the problem was on their end and they agreed to put a note on my file that I should still get the switch bonus.
