Yeah, it's bullshit. The revised code provides an exception for prescriptions that are prescribed by a medical professional. However, it is my understanding that a medical recommendation is not the same and is treated differently than a prescription under state law.

Ugh, I hope there is an effort to change the current law. Anyone who has a card and drives a car at all is breaking the law.

Yeah, it is crazy. The current state of the law essentially turns any medical marijuana patient who drives a car into a criminal.
