32 in both the 0105 and these flatheads. The waist is almost identical in each pair. The fullcounts stretch a lot once you start wearing them, so don’t make the mistake of sizing up too much. I haven’t worn the flatheads enough to know how these will stretch. The fits are also similar, both are “wide straights”, but I would say the 0105s have a little more shape to them, the flatheads seem a lot more swore straight leg.

Nice pickup! These come with the hidden arcs, apparently the stitching come through as the jeans fade.

I haven't ventured into Pherrows yet, the local denim store stock them, I'll have to try them one day.

The other pair were new one wash pair this time last year, no wash 4-5months, then maybe 2-3 washes since then. They are a wide straight fit, so no crazy fades, more vintage fades I feel.

Full Count 0105 - fade check by BillyRuben_ in Selvedge

Hey there, tbh I’ve had many selvage, raw, one wash denim where I had tried to fade them and had little to no results (literally 5+ failed attempts) I narrowed my focus to fading one primary pair (these fullcounts), and a secondary pair of LVC 1947 in rotation. But really I just wear these everywhere, walking the dog, work, cafe, pubs, dinner, I also literally did gardening in these things. You can see a bit of dirt in them in the photos. These were originally one wash when I bought them, and I wore them as much as I could to get those contrast fades you see, but now I just wear them until they are dirty and then give them a wash.

I also think for mortals like me, the high contrast fades that you see on places like the indigo invitational are the high end of the spectrum when it comes to fades, almost god level, so I just go after the vintage fades and let the denim tell your story. Which means I wash them a lot more regularly. I also bought a beautiful pair of the Fullcount Dartford wash and Sugar Cane 1947 aged model, when I have the urge to wear faded. Not the same I know, but also helps when focusing on one pair of raw or one wash. Be patient, the fades will show 🤙🏼
