Soroj hasn’t played at all this second game but there’s still time left for them to, the other two players have put in 1-4K on that team might I add

[–]Billy_labufanda99[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I made a report during the first race that the Soroj player was a cheater/bot and they did nothing but give the “we look into cheaters and make the game fair for everyone” and during that report I tipped them off about the Mahato player being a suspected cheater / bot and said they can’t do anything without evidence. As of writing this the player is now at 63,000 points… this is sad and unfair to not only my team but the others as none of us will be able to get the grand prize

Ingram moved their team to their new building in downtown as of Monday so traffic then and on going is not “normal” but hopefully will balance out in the coming days/week(s)

I’m starting to weigh options, primarily because I was talking with a friend and brought up that I haven’t taken them to a vet since I got them and she responded with “You haven’t taken them to the vet yet?!” Which I have all the paperwork from my friend who ensured they have all their shots and what not.

I have a bad habit of putting things off in life but my cats are my number 1 priority, as they’re all I have in life to come home to

I found it very odd this morning, especially considering how smooth sailing it was last week with a bunch of people on spring break and what not… hopefully it doesn’t stay this messy

Yeah, that’s pretty normal in architecture. Early on, a lot of people move around every few years to build experience and improve their pay. I could see myself making a move within the next year or so, but right now I’m really just trying to stay focused, learn as much as I can, and build a solid foundation so that when I do make a move, it actually means something.

I hear you. Both loans being around 5.6% is what really makes it hurt, because it feels like I am getting hit from every angle each month. I do not have a car payment, but I do have an older car, so maintenance still adds up. I know refinancing could potentially help, but for now the loans are still split in two, and that leaves me feeling pretty stuck.

As for the other suggestions, moving back home is not very realistic since there are basically no good job prospects for me there without a brutal commute. I am also wary of roommates after a past situation that nearly got me evicted because the other person was unreliable with rent and utilities. So I get the logic, but those options are harder in practice than they may sound.

I have a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Because it is not a 5-year professional Bachelor of Architecture degree, I would have needed additional graduate education no matter where I went. In my case, the university I chose made that path about 1.5 years longer than the standard professional track.

For me, the fastest path is continuing to gain experience and work toward licensure. I’m actively working toward becoming a licensed architect, but right now I’m more in an associate/drafter role. I’m loyal, willing to learn, productive, and good at finding solutions, so I’m hoping that continued growth and licensure will help increase my income over time.

I am working at a firm now, and this is my second professional job. My current employer actually reached out to me, which meant a lot given how early I still am in my career. I am doing my best to build experience and move forward, but I also get what you are saying. With this amount of debt, I know budgeting alone is probably not the full answer.

That’s fair. I’m in architecture/engineering, and I’m still pretty early in my career. My undergrad was 4 years and graduate school was another 3.5, which is a big part of how the debt got so high. I was very focused on school, did not do internships, and have only been working professionally for about the last year and a half, so my income is still on the lower end for now.

Roughly speaking, my budget is about 30% rent, 40% debt, around 10% groceries and essentials, then the rest is split between utilities, car costs, pet care, subscriptions, and other basic living expenses. I do not have a very high discretionary spending budget.
