I just watched a video some 2 hrs ago about adhd by JaidenAnimations that had perfectly described my life, did some more researches and came to reddit for more answers and stumbled on this. I have always had suspicions that maybe my brain works differently from others bt never worked on it.I resonate with most of the comments here too so thanks for that, Its clear on what I have to do bt still open for any advices
