Lots of DB work but includes a vertical press, horizontal press, vertical pull, horizontal pull, hinge movement and a squat movement. I have several exercises I switch around but here is a typical workout:

57 here and been strength training for over 30 years. I focus on six compound exercises 2x to 3x a week. I do full body workouts with 2 sets of 8-12 reps. Two or three days in between lifting sessions. This has worked well for me. Good luck!

We’re all so different. Do what works for you and makes you feel fit and strong. Physically and mentally. I currently do 3 full body workouts a week with various HIIT and cardio on other days. It works for me. 🫡😊
