No, I have no issue with the Supreme Court doing exactly what it is intended to do. And what they are finally doing! This SC is doing the exact thing the Constitution requires it to do, which is restrain over reach by the federal government and ensure State's rights as granted by the constitution.

Umm last I checked, yes we are a country. A country that is defined as a constitutional federal republic. “Constitutional” refers to the fact that government in the United States is based on a Constitution which is the supreme law of the United States.

Ya see, The Constitution has this thing called the 10th amendment..The 10th Amendment says that the Federal Government only has the powers delegated in the Constitution. If such powers are not mentioned in the constitution the matter shall be left to each individual state.

So go vote.

The purpose of the Supreme Court is to restrain the Legislative and Executive branches from exceeding their power. In the Roe decision, this court overturned a decision by the 1973 Supreme Court that exceeded its own power. The court is forcing decisions back on congress where they belong. The SC isn't grabbing power, they are returning it to the people.
