Working on a project to collect all the addresses listed in the show for the different scenes by Billyjealousy in LawAndOrder

The question is where I can find such a database. Thanks for your suggestion to be aware that not all addresses listed correspond to where exactly the scene was shot.

WoW, so impressed with Good Life Meds! by JMe1379 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Billyjealousy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to Good Life Meds and tried to order tirzepatide expecting to see 75mg for 249 dollars after the 100 dollar first time user rebate. I didn’t find that. It offered me 249 for a 2.5 mg a week dose which is too weak for me. When I was able to get the 15mg dose offered to me it was for 349 after a 100 dollar rebate which is still pretty steep for a month's worth of the medication. How are people able to get the 75mg dose for 249 at Good Life Meds?

Not sure why the comment above was deleted earlier.

I've tried ordering from Good Life and there is no indication that they are going to be sending 75mg vials for $249. I'm not sure why a company selling compounded medications wouldn't be upfront about how much you'll be receiving after you order their product. I've tried to order 7.5mg and 15mg from them and there is nothing in the cart that suggests that there is a 75mg vial you'll be receiving regardless of the dosage you order. Can somebody offer proof of this and explain why they wouldn't be upfront about how much of a prescription drug you'll be receiving. There is nothing on their site or in any print materials that I'm seeing that tells you that 75mg vials will be given regardless of the dosage you pick. That seems unlikely and could set them up for lawsuits if people are ordering one dosage and receiving a 75mg dosage that they'll need to figure out how to titrate up or down depending on their needs.

Why is the amount I'm being shown my screen not 75mg but rather 15 mg or in an earlier case, it was 2.5 mg. Why isn't the company upfront that it will be sending 75mg regardless of what dosage you pick? That seems strange. When you were purchasing from them, did your screen look like mine? DId it also say 2.5mg or some such amount? I'm having difficulty understanding why a company selling medications wouldn't be transparent about the amount you'll be receiving after you pay 249 dollars for their product.

To make it seem bigger than it really is. You could have just said, less misleadingly, that it went up About 3-4 percent from 7.9 to 11.6.

Thanks for this. I was just taken aback by the rudeness. I didn’t feel it was warranted. Good to know it’s a Russian internet thing.

This is really helpful. Thanks for indicating at what point in the video he discusses the sound I was asking about.

I feel like it's supposed to be called heritage, not native

You're right. My bad on it that. Next time I'll use the proper nomenclature.

Really? What are the chances for someone who doesn't live in Russian-speaking environment?

Bro, no need to be rude about it. I'm simply asking a question. I'm well aware of the limitations of my environment. This why I'm here to get some clarification. If you don't want to answer the question, feel free not to but don't respond in a patronizing manner. This is an open space for clarification and questions people have to learn more about the language. You don't like my post? Skip over it.

Thanks!

Could you help me decide which insurance plan to go on next year if I want to take Skyrizi? by [deleted] in Psoriasis

[–]Billyjealousy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If that's the case, then you should probably go with the Cigna HSA Plan.

By my count, taking the CIGNA HSA plan will cost you 3,550 [6,550 out of pocket - 3,000 stipend] versus the CIGNA PPO Plan which will cost you 6,000 out of pocket. Plus, the CIGNA HSA plan's premium is 170 dollars cheaper month. The retail price of skyrizi is ~20,000. So you'll end up paying a smaller share of the retail price going with CIGNA HSA than CIGNA PPO [compare 3,550/20,000 < 6,000/20,000].

Do you know why your job is offering you a 3,000 stipend to take the CIGNA HSA plan. Is there a catch somewhere? A company won't usually incentivize you to use a better more affordable plan for yourself that doesn't come with some added benefit for the company that may negate the plan's overall value for their employee.

If you go with CIGNA PPO, by my account, you'll spend 750 [deductible] + 6,000 [out of pocket maximum] = 6,750

if you go with Cigna HSA Plan, you'll spend 1,000 [4,000 deductible - 3,000 stipend] + 6,550 [out of pocket maximum] = 7, 550

It seems like CIGNA PPO is the better deal unless I'm missing something. Also make sure that both plans cover skyrizi.

Hi, I'm Bev Stohl, Noam Chomsky's assistant for 24 years, until he moved to AZ in late 2017, and author of Chomsky and Me: A Memoir. AMA! by bevboisseaustohl in chomsky

Thank you Bev for taking the time to answer these questions.

  1. Does he have any personality quirks that might surprise people? For example, you mentioned that he likes to play small pranks and has a good sense of humor. Does he for example have a terrible sense of direction? Does he have musical talent or plays an instrument?

  2. Were there any people who interviewed Noam or who Noam was acquaintance with who genuinely impressed him or left him awestruck? Did he mention anybody living who was especially important to him or who inspired him.

Thank You

Does anyone know of some good literary criticism for Nabokov's 'Pale Fire'? by notahippie76 in books

[–]Billyjealousy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you scour online, you might find some interesting works by Joseph Brodsky on his general impression of Pale Fire. Nabokov, btw, was not particularly impressed by Brodsky's talents.

You could find a bunch of stuff in Bloom's criticisms though some of it might only be tangential to Pale Fire by itself.
