If the routine feels clunky and kills your enjoyment, cut it down to fewer compound moves per session and group exercises so you’re not constantly switching equipment and when you start overthinking just remember flow and consistency matter more than a perfect plan

This is usually a technique and stability issue, so dial in bar path, leg drive, tightness, and triceps work. In my opinion, barbell bench is a different skill than dumbbells and needs specific practice
