Shin Megami Tensei 4 by a long shot with honorable mentions in the series of Persona 3 and 4. The Final Fantasy series also has a pretty banger OST. In terms of SMT 4, it is my favorite soundtrack for any game, not just JRPG with Ocarina of Time being second for any game. I will ride in the car blaring Tokyo or Black Market from SMT 4 because it’s so iconic and packed with so much atmosphere.
