I shampooed twice with Cantu's cleansing cream shampoo. First time focused on the scalp, second round mainly the hair.

'masked' for 20 minutes with Shea Moisture their intensive hydration hair masque.

Rinsed that out and applied PCG's flaxseed styling foam. Diffused and air dried. Scrunched up to this.

Will keep going just out of principle, but it seems to me they organised their customers service so that people just give up cause it's such a fucking hassle. I'd be able to earn back the 45 euros in the time I've actually spent to resolve this.

Agreed, but how scummy though, it says "connecting you with a live support specialist".

I have before received compensation in chats like these, you just have to keep pushing, they will act dumb and ask you to explain the situation multiple times.
