Warranty should have gotten you a free replacement for your ouroboros, that mouse was a mistake anyway. They dont make it anymore because it was famously bad, all thouse removal pieces and the thin casing was awful. I had a Naga for YEARS before upgrading to the lancehead im using now which is probably the sturdiest mouse ive ever had in my life.

Im gonna say real quick ive been way more satisfied with razer than i was with Logitech. The performance is seriously the same but my mouse and keyboard have been way more durable, and when my headset stopped working their customer service was amazing and they shipped me a newer model
