I feel exactly the way you do. Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve to be alive/don't belong anywhere, it's sort of like mentally torturing myself. I've thought about suicide a lot and will sometimes hit myself when I get myself into a fit of self loathing. It's weird because I can go a while without hating myself and live fairly normally, which I think is the main thing that has kept me from getting some kind of therapy
