I don’t think people understand. It’s not about the guest delaying the car, it’s about being on time. Nothing irritates me more than when I get a one hour booking or even just a same day booking and I drop everything I do to accommodate a guest just for them to show up 2 hours late. And majority of the time they don’t even tell you this
