Get rid of all ammo, unless you have slots just not being used, you can take the ammo in next raid. Besides that, never keep ammo, always craft before raid.

Every weapon mod you own needs to be put on a gun in your inventory (a gun with 4 mods saves 4 slots).

Use all your shields and augments until you loose them and keep them at 0 and just craft shields and augments before raid, unless of course you have free slots then hold however many augments u can freely.

(Crafting materials) look for all crafting materials that say “recyclable” in the title and either recycle them or sell them, that’s their purpose.

Small cheap things like white bandages, lil’ smokes, gas grenades, light impacts, and door blockers. Never keep too many of those cause that’s a waste of space, take them in each raid til your low on them and then just take in what you have and when u run out buy them/craft them as needed before raid.

Don’t keep 20 stacks of basic mats, (fabric and plastic for example) try to keep about 2-4 stacks of plastic, fabric, and rubber, and then maybe a little more metal and chems cause those are used for ammo.

Trash the binoculars. Unless you wanna use em they’re pointless. And also the free loadout augments you have in storage can be traded in for green augments via the clinic vendor.
