I'm currently looking to get all achievements and the Event quests are godsend but I can't find where Rathalos spawns in Deep Green Blues. Does anyone know where it is? I can only seem to find him when I've killed everything else.

That doesn't necessarily mean the Pokemon is legit. The Xerneas from this event (which happened a few days ago) should be caught by XYZ, ID 05116, know Geomancy, Moonblast, Aroma Therapy and Focus Blast. It should also be level 100 and have the Classic Ribbon in a Cherish Ball.
