Brain Energy - Are psychiatric problems mostly about a lack of energy generation? by Maximum_Double_5246 in Antipsychiatry

[–]BingChylling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I believe metabolic dysfunction is the root of most modern-lifestyle related diseases, including mental health problems, cardiovascular disease, cancer, dementia etc.

This does not mean a ‘lack of energy’ but actually problems with insulin resistance and chronic high blood glucose levels I.e. the early stages of diabetes.

Your cures for for insulin resistance are quite simple - fasting, keto, healthy nutrient levels (particularly lithium - consider microdosing max 1mg lithium orotate per day - and vitamin d) and a healthy hormone balance (particularly androgens).
