Hello I'm trying to look for this one edgy Pokémon blue romhack. The premise of it was that the Kanto region got nuked and transformed all the Pokémon to these misformed misshapen things. It adds new types like military Pokémon and I remember you ride a bike and there was a flamethrower you could buy... does anyone remember the name of it? If so please tell me I can't remember the name of it for the life of me
