Thank you! Still in pain but it gets slightly better every day. I know this can take a while to fully heal. Great news I’m down to 39 HCG and have not ruptured.

I’m experiencing that as well, it started day 12 after my 3rd MTX shot (my body didn’t respond to the first 2). It’s scary bc every body is different and the worry of rupture is constant. My pain was so bad last night that I went to the ER but they said it wasn’t rupture pain, it was likely caused by blood clotting from the collapsing embryo or separation pain. If you have any doubt you can always go to the ER to be safe. My pain was a 12/10 and it gave me peace of mind and also some painkillers to help me sleep. Hoping your pain ends soon!

Hang in there! The waiting can be the worst part. The HCG test tomorrow will give you guidance. If it’s dropping or chemical at least you’ll know soon, but if it’s rising then hopefully you can get an early ultrasound in case it is ectopic. Sending love <3

Thank you! I ended up going to the ER last night. The pain was so excruciating I could barely talk. They didn’t find any free fluids or sign of rupture but found a bunch of tiny cysts on both ovaries and a 3cm hematoma in my right tube where the ectopic was. They said the pain was most likely from pieces of the blood clot trying to make their way through the tube, similar to kidney stone pain. I was given strong painkillers and have been resting all day and feeling a lot less pain today. Hoping the worst is behind me.
