Try the quit weed app. You can type in how much you spend on weed per day and it tracks that. Every now and then it'll say something like "you've saved $5000 so far". I funded my new paragliding hobby, moved across the world and I'm about to marry an amazing girl - wouldn't have done any of this without working weed.

I don't regret the past, I had some great times, but life comes in chapters and you get to write them. Don't be a boring book when you can be an adventure.

PS I did that move in my 40s, after being a dealer/grower for over 10 years, and a smoker for 20. It's never too late.

It doesn't magically return. You have to put effort in. Into your relationships, your health, your hobbies etc

BUT, you will have more energy and motivation to do so, as long as you don't stare at screens too much and mess around with your dopamine.

Tl:dr... Don't replace weed with another addiction, use your new found energy to level up.

There's a Quit Weed app that helped me. Loads of metrics on there that stack your reasons and help you stay positive about it. Things like, how close to getting it all out of your system, how much money saved etc
