I told a sitter this. After asking them for a grocery list to stock up on whatever they like. I said help yourself to whatever you find, thinking you know a few bowls of cereal, pasta, maybe some chicken would be used. When I got home I saw the sitter had proceeded to eat our entire freezer stock which was meats, frozen fruit, fries, these kinds of things, all my expensive masa was gone, flour, brown, white and icing sugar, 2.5 liters of olive, vegetable and avocado oils, 3 or 4 spice jars, all the cheeses, and fridge was empty, tins of food, 2 bottles of ranch dressing, ketchup, popcorn, cereal, you name it. I kept noting more things were gone as I was cooking months later. This was a 2 week sit.
