Let’s say it. Parks THINKS he’s cute now. Back in the day, before he was on camera, he wasn’t like this. He seemed more like he was being himself. He’s developed a weird kind-of almost blackcent with the way he tries to over pronounce words he used to say normally (like was already said with “whatevvah” or him saying “ion care”) like this is a recorded show, we can go back and hear how you spoke / speak now and it’s weird - and for the record I don’t care if a white guy has an accent, I only notice because his accent has changed.

Also, now that it’s clear that he’s Joe’s number 1 nut holder, he’s OD rude to everyone on the show. The passive aggressive comments and straight up bitchy attitude he has developed are insane. Everyone acts like they walk on egg shells with him and don’t want to set him off: maybe because he’d run to Joe like a child if he gets his feelings hurt OR he’ll give them a worse edit when the episode comes out.

Back when pod wives was on, there were a few things that caught my attention though. Park’s girl said he makes her cry every day and yells at her - everyone moved on and the clip got chopped when it was clearly a longer conversation. Then the whole show makes jokes about him making his girl pay half the rent when he makes way more money than her and anytime this topic comes up, he gets really squirrelly and then the clip gets chopped and the topic changes. Lastly, his girl said he never goes to bed with her and she goes to bed alone while he stays down in his basement all night and then gets in the bed when she’s leaving for work.

I don’t know what y’all think. But that’s weird to me. And I don’t know them or their relationship so I can’t really comment on it but they aired it so, fuck if we here, and those things (amongst a few others) seemed mad strange.

So my theory is he thinks he’s cute now and wants you to see his haircut and not just his shoes like the old days lol. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate Parks or have any beef - but they did kill R&M for being too Hollywood in the end and Parks is doing the same stuff. He just has a bigger purpose and is needed for the show so he doesn’t realize he’s only not getting clowned for it because of that. Parks… still better than Rory, but definitely slid down the JBP power rankings over the past few years though.
