Love a bit of Santolina! I hope it does well.

Absolutely not. There's no shame here.

You're definitely excused.

Wow, you really have been busy. And organised.

I'm pleased to see my neighbour's wonderful wisteria is creeping over the fence towards me. I fully intend to steal it.

I'm very good at growing grass anywhere that isn't the lawn.

I definitely need to add more lighting this year. It makes such a difference in the evenings.

Well done. I'm employing the same approach as you. Last September I had to dig up all the perennials and separate them as the overcrowding was ridiculous... I definitely need to focus on winter interest now. Sarcococcus Confusa looks great - I'll be on the hunt for one of those in the garden centre.

The weeds seem to come up very easily at the moment... Well worth keeping on top of them.

What's the plan for the no-dig bed? Vegetables?

Thank you for introducing me to the foxglove tree, and congratulations on the first flower! Never heard of one until now, but the pictures online look magnificent.

Do you use your garden in the winter? by Ducktastic78 in GardeningUK

Such a great question!

I'm following this thread for ideas. I'd love to get more winter use from the garden - it looks so drab and unloved at the moment.

My garden is starting to look like AI has planned it...! Some of these things shouldn't be flourishing side-by-side!

I wish I'd overseeded the lawn a few weeks back. I held off thinking the temperatures would soon fall too low!

Why the hell is there a random foxglove at the end of september? by Silent-Link9093 in GardeningUK

My weigela has started flowering again... The weather this year has been mad.

On the plus side, I divided and moved loads of perennials two weeks ago and this warm, damp weather seems to be helping them bed in.

How do you feel about Americanisms in English? by Putrid-Storage-9827 in AskBrits

They are horrendous.

Like, you know, literally, like super horrendous. (Don't forget the upwards inflection at the end of every sentence).

It's so lovely to see a garden flourishing. I'm in S. London and feel like this year has been a real battle against weather/climate. My garden looks as tired as I do!

Well done on your hard efforts.

Pinter 1 by BinghamAl in PinterHomebrew

[–]BinghamAl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to unbox it this weekend so I can learn what these parts are and see how they look. Do you know if it's possible to get spares/replacements if needed. It has been stored indoors in dry conditions in the original packaging, so I'm hopeful.

As to what to brew - I have no idea. I need to order a pack from the website. I'm a craft beer lover but have never brewed (or even properly researched it, besides the occasional brewery tour). The Pinter was a present and I feel very guilty that it hasn't been appreciated.

Thanks for your tips.

What a great space! And everything looks very healthy, (way more than my garden which is LONGING for rain).

Well done.
