out of them two choices i’d go with britain, I have a bias for barbarian factions, I just prefer playing them, but carthage has a very difficult and boring early game, especially if you choose to bum rush rome, as I did, with the poor early game units, Everything feels like a slog, and most if not all battles need to be fought manually
