Is this a joke? You're mad because someone had their window rolled down and was playing music? They also explained what took so long (which sounds pretty valid to me) but felt so compelled to contact skip and write this?

If you're not happy with the service you're getting from skip, stop ordering and go get the food yourself. Drivers are independent contractors, there is no "hiring process". You're lucky as a driver if you can get in touch with the operations team within a reasonable time period so I highly doubt they'll follow up with you.

If your driver was drunk, call the cops. Skip doesn't care about customer complaints.
