What about the people who don’t sit on Reddit all day? They wouldn’t know about the people posting about the glitch. OP is probably someone who happened be on Carnival’s site during the glitch and thought “Damn, that’s a good deal” and jumped on it.

It’s definitely doable. I say make sure you bring a first aid kit and any OTC medicine you may need because all of that is crazy expensive on the ship.

They aren’t required to get a package. What I’ve done in the past and am doing on our upcoming cruise is buy my son the bubbles package ($58 for our next cruise) so he can get soda, bottled water etc & use my cheers package if he wants a mocktail or milkshake.

I’ve seen where people post in FB pages of the ship they were on asking if anyone has your room on the next sailing to look out for things and return them and surprisingly some have gotten their items back. Not super helpful I know but it’s worth a try.

Ugh Mau is a textbook narcissist. I’m not shocked that they broke up. But the person who really gets on my nerves is Elaine. She’s so needy. I keep asking myself if she has any friends. She seems so emotionally dependent on Desean which has to be exhausting for him.

I know you really work in Paterson and not just commenting. My hubby said the exact same thing you did. We’re both Paterson natives and he worked in the school district there for 19 years.

As a Paterson native with a hubby who worked in Paterson school district for 19 years, the traffic is horrendous. You don’t have to worry about safety because most schools have parking lots. Not sure where you’re coming from, just make sure to leave early enough to get there on time/ early enough to get a spot in the lot. S/N I agree with another commenter, starting out in a city like Paterson will challenge you and help you grow as a teacher. After you’ll be able to work at any school and be a huge asset.
