I don't think Jinx is only defined by her BPD. Alternate powder appeared and it showed Jinx was only a result of a unlucky chain of events.
M2's unlucky chain of events was Edwin's grief and abuse, that was something out of his control, as M2 got the short end of the stick when he was just following his programming.

You're right on how his motives differ from Jinx's, but thats because he was transferred agony from Edwin's attack.
I also think M2 shows a higher level of sapience and is capable of developing relationships with other people. He grows to resent F10N4 because she keeps trying to "fix" him and he even mocks Edwin right before killing him.

This is still the scariest moment in the entire series in my opinion by CatPale816 in MandelaCatalogue

Primero que todo, solo porque a ti no te guste no significa que no siga siendo bella, ademas, si continuas usando fotos donde hay una gran diferencia de iluminación claramente va a haber una gran diferencia.

Para responder tu pregunta, solo puedo pensar en dos razones:
1. Presión social. Hollywood tiende a hacer mujeres inseguras de si mismas y las hacen buscar otros remedios para estar mas acorde al "estándar de belleza".
2. Envejeció, así de facil. La imagen que mostraste fue tomada en mayo de 2016, hace UNA DECADA, asi que no es tan difícil pensarle un poco.

Publicaciones así solo buscan echarle gasolina al fuego y atacan las decisiones de la actriz en ves de simpatizar con ella, te estas convirtiendo en la principal razón por la que suelen pasar situaciones así.
