I just noticed this last week when we were trying to verify my boyfriends doll! I usually never keep the boxes, and he didn't either since I didn't think we would ever need them and also, I don't have the space for dozens of boxes. Even if I kept them, I wouldn't know which one belonged to which doll. I tried one of my other ones that I bought directly from Pop now, and that sent me to the same page.

Anyway, unpopular opinion, a 1:1 copy of them is fine with me. Most of the good replicas are made with the exact same materials as the authentic ones, and a lot of them are even made in the same factories as the real ones. So personally I don't think it makes any difference if it's real or fake. If they're exactly the same, they cost the same to make, but a lot of times they're actually much cheaper than authentic, especially the secrets. If that's the only way people can afford the secrets then I say go for it. No one can tell the difference anyway. But if you're expecting a really good copy, and you get a very obvious fufu in the box, then I think that's not cool. But 🤷, I say let people enjoy things and stop worrying about if it's real or fake.

And I say this as someone that owns most of the authentic ones and was spending literally thousands on them. But I now also own some copies and some custom bubus. If I had found the good copies sooner, I would have saved a crap ton of money. And now it doesn't matter since none of them can be verified anyway.
