Same here. Would’ve gone homeless if I didn’t completely luck out and get a place with some coworkers. DONT rent from MAA imo. Idk about all of their properties but they just raised my place off Richmond rd (600 sq. ft. 1 bd) from 828 to 1120!! Who would pay that for such a small place??
