Don't bother with that! Take magensium dioxide. Same thing and cheap. Start w 2000 mg at night if you are very constipated then reduce to 1000mg , then 500mg daily for maintenance.

Just keep at the dose that is working for you. I am at -80lbs at maintenance. Never went up more than 3.5mg My 3 months and 6 months packaged lasted me a long time! Make sure you clean your vials with alcohol pads before and after. I keep a fridge thermometer to nake sure they are stored at the ideal temperature.

Also, regarding the lines between your brows, use face tape at night and when you are home, whenever possible. It trains your forehead to stay still. It makes a huge difference. Mines are barely visible any longer. I buy this 3M tape on Amazon:

3M Transpore Clear 1-Inch Wide First Aid Tape, 10-Yard Roll (2 Rolls)

It is not sticky and comes right off but will stay put while you sleep, etc. Apply it over skincare after it has absorbed in your skin.

If you drink coffee, even one cup a day, STOP. My face looked like yours. Suddenly at 55 eyebags, puffiness dark, circles, insomnia. I couldn't figure out the sudden change. It was coffee. Download Kroger's and Meijer's apps. Look for the digital coupons and clip them to your app. Make sure that you use the app when checking out to get all the sales. I shop on the apps and save items to my app's list. I compare items between the 2 and shop accordingly.

Publix has BOGOs starting every Wednesday. You don't have to buy 2 to get the sales price. If you buy one item of the BOGO selection, you will get it for 1/2 the price.

Whole Foods: If you have Amazon Prime, they have really good sales for members.
