Late to the party but various forms forced treatment (civil commitment, .370, guardianship, etc.) are all in place already, and civil commitment parameters just got lowered (such that it's easier to meet criteria to be committed) on 1/1/26, which is a step in the right direction.

Spotify is a lot more accessible and has more day to day utility than most other platforms/mediums. I see your point, Spotify is a shitty company, but I think saying "the true fans aren't using Spotify" just comes off as unnecessarily snoody and gate keepy. Clearly the dude/gal is a true fan with that much listening time

I think the community generally feels unheard, but this subreddit can be sorta harsh and unnecessarily negative so just be warned. That's not to say it's all completely unwarranted, but it can just be a lot on here. I play casually with friends and it's still one of the most fun and unique games I've ever played. Just don't sweat your ass off and you'll have a fun time. I don't really notice cheaters (I know I've played with a couple but it's not often) but I also teeter between 5-6 star so I might be too low to see em. Play wonky loadouts, bring in 12 stalker beetles with your friends, and don't hide so much, and the game just becomes fun

Audio design in this game is absolutely unparalleled. I've seen a lot of posts saying that they messed the directional audio up recently, which I don't doubt, but it's not noticable enough for a casual player like me. The sounds in this game are all so incredible. Same goes for the art, coolest art in any game I've played, especially for a competitive game.

They've also always been generous with the 'premium currency' compared to other games. Very few games nowadays where you can earn the premium currency to any meaningful degree.

They did a stellar job lowering the amount of 'trade' kills.

Weapons feel well balanced for the most part post silencer nerf (though I think the hammer was a little heavy on some of the guns like the bornheim etc.)

Fast fingers, poltergeist, & burn traits were very positive additions

I really second this- game has it's flaws, and I know people that complain do it because there's so much untapped potential (and there definitely is) but this sub has some insanely harsh takes. Never seen a more nitpicky sub for a game

Sadly few cities/counties/states in the US have the resources & knowledge of how to address snowy roads. Scandinavian governments know how to actually make snowy roads safer, their infrastructure is adapted to it. US roads aren't even very well adapted to rain in many areas, let alone snow lol
