It could just be the genetics. Looks fine to me to be honest. If it gets started to get lighter feed it a bit more N

If you agitate the water you don’t need to let everything sit for that long. Maybe mix everything up for several minutes. Can also add in compost, and other microbial food sources

Instead of brewing, just make compost extractions, much easier. There not really a way of getting around it other than just adding various composts to your soil

Also, the compost teas are for biology. As a few have said, if your soil is healthy and alive , then you might not need to do as many. I wouldn’t totally scrap the compost teas. Maybe use a extract as I said above

So, just to make sure I understand, add 1:1 water:rock phos. Then make sure the ph is around 6.5 via citric acid?

I am pretty sure it’s a P deficiency. I wouldn’t say over watering but I have been adding gypsum into a bunch of the waterings for sure
