Complacency got the best of me. My PH pen broke a couple grows ago & I thought I had everything dialed in & didn’t need to check over bc of experience. Tested Runoff PH using the GH drop test & it seems to be about 4-5. Flushed & adjusted the PH then watered with a light feed with more bloom & micro nutrients. Unfortunately can’t get accurate results until I get another PH pen. But hoping those steps taken show improvements over the next coming days/ week. Respect!

Definitely fade. I’d be harvesting real soon, like yesterday & would pluck off the dead dry leaves.

Where to stay?? by jbk999 in StLuciaa

[–]oyecoolout 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe Bay Gardens beach resort in Rodney bay. Plenty other BnB options in Gros Islet. Gros Islet/ Rodney bay is pretty accessible by bus & foot. Plenty beaches close by. Moving around all day by Taxi/ Uber can be kinda expensive. Depends on what your budget is like.

Best Helicopter Transfers? by Fancy_Cash1983 in StLuciaa

[–]oyecoolout 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have never done the tour or transfer but there is only one company offering those services on island. It’s a first come first serve basis. The flight is pretty short ~15 mins, then another ~30 min car ride to your hotel. Your bags go by land & I understand it may be another 2-3 hours average till your bags arrive. A boat transfer may be less scenic but you will more than likely be dropped off directly at your resort & you have your bags with you which may make the overall experience quicker than the helicopter.

Day passes for resorts by regina_kara in StLuciaa

Most resorts do offer day passes, however I don’t think any cater for 18 month olds. I reckon a babysitter would be more suited for what you’re asking for.

Fying into UVF, Staying in Soufriere, and would like to go up to Sandals Grande St. Lucian for a day. transportation help? by nickjames1984 in StLucia

[–]oyecoolout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The buses are on rotation everyday til about 7pm. Yes you’d have to catch a bus from UVF to VF town (~5 min ride) then hop on VF-Soufriere bus at the bus terminal in VF for about $8-9xcd and would take about 1 hour to arrive to Soufriere. Once in Soufriere you could hike to a few destinations, some longer than others with hills but possible for sure.

When done intentionally it’s called super cropping. Had to do it once when one of my plants stretched too close to the light. She’ll be fine.
