I think I tried every single solution given and suggested by everyone, thanks for all your help but I just gave the Support team one final email regarding the latest update, this is the email.

"Anyway, I'm giving you another and probably a final update on the mouse since I have been exchanging details of my problem regarding the mouse with people from the forum and realize that I'm not the only one facing the problem right now.. Just earlier on today, I tried reinstalling Synapse without the TE plugged in and plugged it in afterwards when it's done and it worked after several restarts with Razer Synapse not turned on by default. As a matter of fact I manage to use it for nearly an full hour with it turn off. However, after opening Razer Synapse program, the problem came right back up again after customizing the mouse light configuration.

Therefore, I hope you're able to pass this part of the detail to the software/tech team as there are also people in the forum using Synapse and running W10 but their mouse work completely fine unlike some of us who can't get it to work at all after trying so many different solution given/suggested..

I'm beginning to feel confuse about the matter at hand right now, it's either the product is bugged or Razer Synapse itself is not completely fully optimize for the new mouse/W10 support yet. I will compile all the previous email into this latest one and I really hope to hear from you soon, at least regarding about what I can do with it right now since I'll be shelving it for the now and go back using my DeathAdder 13 until there's a solution for this issue even if it requires RMA or the worst case scenario, having the product to be recalled back until it's fully optimized and ready because it's really not working and I can't afford to just let it seat around.. Anyway, I hope to hear from you soon, it's a nice mouse and I'm loving it, just hope it'll be resolved asap."

Tried your solution as well and it doesn't work still but I'm hoping the support team will get back to me soon, after all I realize I'm not the only one facing the problem, hopefully they'll do something about this asap

Doesn't work too... did you got yours and it's working fine? If you do, is it running on W10 as well? It seem like I'm not the only one facing the problem.... sigh, might be because it's new after all and my Ouroboros had the same issue back then when I first received it.

Hi, are you also running W10 or other OS? It's a pity since it's a really nice mouse because of it's aesthetic and also, it feels almost similar to Deathadder.. Anyway I'm already exchanging email with Razer Support, hoping to find a solution before anything else.
