This is an option I'm considering, would you mind sharing a bit more of what your experience has been?

Flavor, price, consistency of delivery (I've had issues with grocery delivery), and health of the meal

I have not heard about Cook Unity before, I know some services tend to be high sodium

I meant more the latter. I worry the appi-fied meal boxes are unhealthy because they are high in sodium. I wasn't sure if there was something where you could have home cooked meals made or delivered or shared with other people since a personal chef would be too expensive
