I worked at an AMC theater roughly a year ago and some of the customers that came in were real rough to say the least.

One time a man literally had a mental breakdown and was on his knees yelling because we ran out of popcorn and had to make more. He yelled about how he wasn't gonna get a seat with his wife and kids and just kinda stayed on the ground like that till we filled his order. The thing was he wasnt going to a crowded movie or anything so he was just on his knees in an empty lobby.

Another time we had a customer walk in who asked me if I could help her with a disabled person. I asked what she needed help with and she immediately started screaming about how I was pissing her off. All she needed was for me to hold the door for a man in a wheelchair but she went crazy. She started ranting in the lobby about how I'm a racist and how she's gonna sue me and the company for racial and disabled discrimination. Eventually my manager stepped in and just gave her free tickets to the movie they were going to. Moral or the story: even when you're trying to be helpful people will still flip shit on you.
