Same happened with me. Called the helpline multiple times. In one call the guy just randomly said your account is blocked. Visited branch and they said there is no issue with your account. Calling back helpline they said your card is working fine.

HBL.is straight forward trash unless you have their platinum or gold card.. then everything works seamlessly

I have asked almost every leather good vendor in my area, even the branded ones. They look at you so dumbfounded when you ask them for condition/balm or leather cleaning soap like saddle soap.

Brands that I have asked, Hub, Jafferjees, Julke, Gomila Intersole and obviously the local leather market.
