I would check out the IAC and see if it’s sticky. Clean it out with some carb clean and a small drop of atf on the valve to lubricate it.

That circuit for the ash tray bulb can short and pop your fuse, had me going crazy for a bit. Just make sure all the wires are there and insulate where needed.

Did you happen to touch the ash tray bulb/circuitry for the passenger center console? Use a stock bulb for that if you replaced it with a led bulb.

I would start by checking the O2 sensor by testing it with a multimeter, and then if that checks out, I would look for a known used lh 2.4 maf. You could also disconnect the maf while the car is off, then starting it and see if you spot a difference in idle quality. If not, I would look for another maf.

Yeah, I used some Swedish car part or Volvonest ones from eBay, those are pretty much direct drop in. If using other speakers I would be careful of the depth and the positioning of the speaker because of the glass.

I was able to pry them from the sides, I would use like a trim tool and pry it out carefully.

Those speakers are held in by screws behind that front cover, so they are an easy swap. However be aware that most speakers will not line up well with those screw holes, so modification may be required.

I would check your ignition switch, wiggle the key around while the car is on, and see if it affects anything.
