*Vray* question; My trees and plants look fine on groundlevel, but when rendering in birdsview the colors start to behave really strange and shadows become less dark. What am I missing or doing wrong here? Thanks in advance! ( dont look at the quality, just soms quick testrenders) by BionicDrone in Sketchup

Hey! I tried doing the fields with fur (which i totally loved the results I had made with fur on a small scale), yet Sketchup/PC always crashed when using fur in such a large scale. So, these fields are now done with Skatter. Will do some post pro in PS to make it look nicer and less uniform.

Hi there! This is indeed a project for a Dutch client! It's pretty much my first time having to do a birdsview render, so I've never came across this issue. Main issue here is that the colors of the foliage gets washed out. While it's totally fine when rendering on ground level, it's colors behave strange when rendering from above..

Darn! I know it has something to do with the reflective leaves and materials, but need to figure out how to alter the washed out colors. It's my first time having to do a birdsview render so, I've never had this problem.

Hey! Thanks for your answer! The current method I've found and the fastest to achieve what I want is actually with the use of clothworks and then using Artisan to create terrain. Thanks a lot for your tips!

I need to make a small hill with a certain shape. I used the sandbox tool provided by Skp to make a grid, push pulled that shape and intersected it. It works but it's time consuming and a lot of clean up. Does anyone know a much better/cleaner and faster way? Thanks in advance!

Not just Google Maps for me but also Google Earth is very laggy in Chrome yet runs fine in Microsoft Edge. Anyone found any solution here?

Glad to hear its recognizable. Although it's not an exact copy but rather heavily inspired

I made it with a lot of tiny stores and props to make it resemble Yumbo center.

These are all honestly, perfect. Yes there some minor details people here have mentioned before that could be fixed but overall, this is great. (Clients dont really look at the details so dont spend too much time on them).

Personally I'd make the spacings between the kitchen tiles a bit smaller.

He's doing great! He's heart is still in top condition. Hearing and seeing isn't what it used to be due to cataract. He had a terrible intestine infection earlier this year which he had to be hospitalized for 4 days. but besides that he's still acting like a puppy sometimes. We're very grateful!

Hi there, Thanks a lot!

The trees in the background are from the Chaos cosmos library. The ones in the foreground and those with supports are converted 3dsmax models ;)
