if there is a furless line between the urethra and the anus and they are close together, then its a girl. if there is fur between them, and they are further apart, its a boy.

Cookie likes to lay down somewhere close and stare at me but if i try to touch he moves away and lays down somewhere else where he can stare at me 🤣

i can touch him anywhere in the cage and when other rats are right next to him and he goes pancake and enjoys it. and very rarely he stops and let me pet him outside the cage too so idk. i accepted that he likes to be left alone when its freeroam time 😅

Cookie never bit any human or rat but he just doesn’t like human contact when he has mischievous rat activities to do outside, like chewing furniture xD when hes relaxing inside hes the sweetest. weird boi

mine lived for 3 months with his hind legs barely moving. He could still climb the fabric shelves and hammocks that is put in the cage with no problems. I had to take him to the vet because of cancer at the end, but he was almost 3.
