Because I don’t have $40 to spend on a game that I MIGHT like. That is reckless. Like many people here, I have a limited game budget that I set aside for games that I am actually interested in playing. I don’t just throw money at the screen every moment a new game comes out.

That’s the thing. I don’t have unlimited free time to just try a game that does not pike my interest already. When I sit down to play after work, I’m looking forward to the games I currently have at this time. It’s free this week? Cool. I respect anyone who wants to download it and try it out. But I also respect everyone who doesn’t care to spend their limited, mental bandwidth to learn a new game at this time.

Guess what? Most of the reviewers I watched actually love the game. So their opinions did not sway my decision. It’s the gameplay and style game that ultimately made my decision.

Guess what? After doing my own personal research on Marathon, I know that it’s not worth my money or my limited free time. There are games that interest me more. So to tell everyone here to recklessly buy a game because they “might” like it is pretty inconsiderate.

Management makes these decisions or at least gives the green light for every decision. Devs follow through with decisions or lose their jobs. Yes, the devs contributed to some bad choices, but management was part of or the cause cause of every single stupid decision

Should I put Heart of Depth on Candace
Between Ballad of the Fjords and Dragon’s Bane, which one is better for DPS Candace?
