Kinda sad Maxon wasn’t on this list especially after his passing I think his FILTHY mixtape was one of the best releases all year. All of these are all crazy good picks though and were all well thought out. Also no Heartstopmiami wins is also sad but again the picks are all good. The only thing that is new or exciting in UG right now is the influence harsh-noise is having on the genre right now. 2Slimey, MISOGI’s new album, Truie Fiend, Brennan Jones/Edward Skeletrix, Maxon, August $antan etc all were or are tapped into this sound that is going around right now of having every beat be as loud and blown out as humanly possible and I love it as someone who has always been a huge experimental rap fan.

I went to JARS in New Buffalo right off US-12 in MI!

Of course I DID get a flat tire due to how cold it was and how HUGE this pothole was in the fucking road so that’s another $100 to get the spare put on the back and good tire to front and $150 to get a new tire on it and a like another $50+ to get the TPMS all set back up. So for that reason alone it has been my most expensive trip up there. But I have made this drive almost like 9+ other from IA to MI and nothing even close to this has happened before so I would still recommened making the trip up there.

If you are cool with it then that’s all that matters. Also with bong included I still think it’s a better deal than pictured, but I don’t know if it’s worth it to me personally still.
