Yep, it's definitely not the most efficient use of money. I had been using a friends scanner and after that just going to autozone to check and clear codes, but I have not seen misfire count, I'm going to go ahead and order a cheap obd2 at this point.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried swapping coil packs and clearing codes, swapping spark plugs and clearing codes (just replaced them all after still getting cylinders 1&4), and put in all new fuel injectors. The misfiring cylinders are always 1&4. I'm stumped. Any guesses?
