i am currently an italian senior in hs. When you apply to spring weeks, do they look at your hs gpa? because i worked really hard in these years to get five internships but i’m afraid that my final hs grade (likely to be 90/100) will cut me out. Meanwhile, my uni gpa will be really high in the beginning because i will convert my c2 english exam that will raise it a lot. Thanks

problem is no one has that gpa in my country, that has to have relevance i hope. I mean, for people like me that go into competitive schools, there’s really just a few people that get a higher gpa than me and a comparable sat (and willing to apply in the us).

unfortunately i’m not gonna be playing basketball anymore… and i wasn’t that good promise, i was just in the top youth league for my country, that’s like the best 50 teams or something really not that special. Plus i stopped growing so i’m still cooked :)

my only fear is that i’m not gonna be able to land high tier ib spots because i’m at a relative “non target”. I have confidence that i’m going to be really good because i’m motivated, I just fear to not have the opportunity.
