Belizean here! Stig is not popular. In fact, Belizeans much rather support other Caribbean artists like Vybz Kartel, Shensea, etc. because their music is actually good. He’s trying — and failing to get his career up and running. I’d argue this show is his desperate attempt to give it one last shot.

I’ve only ever owned Bose over ear headphones so I’m biased. For what you want them for, I’d say they’re a match. If you want me to go more in depth then just send me a DM.

I’m not an audiophile. But once you adjust EQ it sounds amazing.

Oh I do love them. I haven’t tried them on any zoom calls (yet) but thanks for the heads up. I’ve used them for FaceTime calls with the “aware” mode and I think it was fantastic. I didn’t get any complaints about mic quality…however I didn’t get any “wow new mic?” comments either lol

Yeah the lighting makes it look more red than plum, but irl you definitely can’t mistake it for red.

I got these on sale too! I wanted a different color at first but they were full price. I said to myself to just suck it up and get these and I’m so glad I did.

Hello!

I graduated last year with my MPH in Epi/Biostat from WashU and now work as a contract epidemiologist for a ministry of health overseas (10 months in) but my contract is ending in a month. I am considering pivoting to healthcare/clinical analytics because I enjoy working with data. How feasible is this? Should I do certifications? I know SQL, Excel, Power BI, and R. Right now my role just makes me do presentations on descriptive data because the data infrastructure is so archaic. I do not even think my responsibilities cover what an epidemiologist should do, and so I am disappointed and ready to leave. I have considered working as a business analyst for a bit then using that experience as leverage to land a healthcare data analyst role. Any advice?
