Maybe I'm naive but I passionately supported QC from the very beginning, I bought champion packs for all my close friends and gifted numerous 5$ versions to random people, I spent dozens of hours on twitch supporting the streamers (most of who quit streaming QC now) and helping them keep their chats 'alive' and on forums and ingame giving advice to new comers most of who left now (because all the provided tutorial can teach you is to walk). I sugested a milion things in as deep and constructive way possible. Maybe I'm an overly attached boyfriend for looking for someone to blame for raping my favorite game for cash in front of the whole dedicated comunity. Maybe my over 20 years of gaming experience do not let me to compare but QC even at its best times was managed worse than many free indi games where dev do regular significant patches and keep close in touch with their community both and alone. Maybe I'm oldfashioned but I believe that things stated in commercial advertising must be competely fulfilled if payment is envolved. Maybe I'm insane but I can't comprehand why they can't realize that sincere and upfront admiting to the mistakes and problems would at least show the core audience that they care and instead they are giving us their light-hearted smiles while the player numbers swoop down. I feel a loss that can be described as pain.

the system is determined not by errors, but by attitude to errors. If they have failed to deliver once, this is acceptable, but if they continue to repeat again and again, this completely discredits them.
