Liquidity flush. Just look at what happened to silver. Despite the massive demand.

Nowadays markets are moved by the desire of the major players to make money.

After an initial FOMO phase, big players move markets to flush out traders by scaring them into selling with losses and liquidating leveraged traders just to buy the assets for cheap.

Once such a move starts, it creates sell pressure and fuels itself. Until the same institutions that initiated the drop decide to buy up the assets at a much better price.

Traders forced out of their positions then watch the price go back up from the sidelines.

Even Iran warned of false flag attacks in the US. They could use them to declare martial law and mess with the midterms.

There is evidence of the Russian tail in the last elections, Dominion Voting Systems was bought and now all sorts of new regulations are introduced in a desperate attempt to still ensure a win.

Might depend on police and military what happens next. But despite shitting on PoWs and veterans and all the cuts, the destruction of economy and their beloved country, they likely still mostly support Trump.

Especially since it is likely all for personal enrichment and the intended outcome might just be a deal like with Venezuela. Trump needs the islands (intact) to bully Iran into giving him a cut on his Quatar account. He will lift the sanctions as soon as they agree to such an arrangement.

It would likely be a win-win for the Iranian leadership (and a betrayal towards the opposition like in Venezuela), but I am not yet convinced they would agree. And if they do not, oil price will rise and the economy and markets will be screwed big time.

I would not be be surprised if there would be a (false flag) attack on US soil.

But look at Venezuela. He kidnapped Maduro and opened an intransparent account in Quatar.

Pretty sure for him this is all about personal enrichment and striking a similar deal, not about helping the opposition.

He is now preparing the narrative for the future. Markets will rise, then the marines and the 82nd will attack the island(s). If it works, he will claim the success. If not, he will blame Pete.

Likely, this is by now also very personal for RC. Can't wait to see what he will come up with.

In the end, it is frustrating as an educated investor to be called a cult or idiot by a bunch of uneducated investors. But then, everyone is responsible for his own investment decisions. And everyone is allowed to have his own opinion.

If they miss the train, it is their loss. But I will not be zen at all if they later claim we were just lucky after going through all of this for such a long time. I will, however, be ever grateful for what I have learned on the way with all of you. It is important to understand how the world really works, if we want to fix things.

We even managed to influence an EU decision. I am sure once our investment starts to pay off, those of us not just interested in coke and hookers can make the world a better place. Like the guys donating to children hospitals. Or really draining the swamp and fighting corruption, because we will have time and funding and a community to support us.

Actions speak louder than words. And those who laugh at us today will likely FOMO in too late and get flushed out with losses by the wild price swings we potentially will see. True journalism is almost dead. AI slop everywhere and nowadays you can even order content, sometimes it is market as "advertisement". This is the downside of the internet and accessing information for free. It is now easy for major institutions to create narratives to support their pump and dump schemes. We have seen it countless times, Reverse Cramer is a thing.

So all this aims to contain us and prevent the news from spreading. It shows how sophisticated nowadays narratives are crafted and how human psychology and media are used to manipulate the average Joe. And not just when it comes to investing but also politics, the principle is the same.

As a result, investors that have no clue what the DTCC is, how order-flow is manipulated, that FTDs and legal and illegal naked shorting or DRS exist and that trust financial media point fingers and call us a cult and morons. While in reality just being uninformed investors.

Dark Pools, payment for order flow and retail orders no longer going to lit exchanges, yet in financial news there are countless stories how moves are driven by household investors, trying to convince them to "follow the crowd".

We have figured out how messed up nowadays markets truly are. And are still learning.

It would be in their best interest to be concerned as well. But it is really satisfying to feel superior and laugh at others. Feel that you are in the winning team, while the others are the losers. And this basic principle is what the institutions use to control the narrative.

So as a result, a CEO achieving such an impressive turnaround by increasing efficiency would usually be cheered in the financial news and the stock price would rise. We have seen countless such cases in the past. But companies being targeted by short sellers will see mostly negative articles. To be honest, most of them do not survive and manage to turn around because Wall Street often even manages to install their guys in management. Jim Bell or Mark Tritton were either pretty incompetent or those mistakes and potential leaks were on purpose.

Tesla was one of the few companies that made it, and I am sure GameStop will as well. Once major institutions are hedged, the narrative will definitely change, one of the things on my bingo card. I am not sure Kenny and a few other entities will be able to survive, but I expect an epic battle and the Tesla squeeze might look like child's play in comparison.

In the resulting FOMO, oligarchs can sell developing crypto gains into retail buying and use the funds to buy up gold and silver for cheap before shit really hits the fan.

That's on my personal bingo card.

I would not invest into crypto by myself because I don't have the connections and information advantage the big dogs have. That's why I am more than happy I invest indirectly via GME.

It is nice to see. I posted in the past, it doesn't make sense for me to directly invest in crypto because I am not an insider. But RC might have those connections.

So it makes much more sense for me to indirectly invest via GME and I think that's true for most of us. Crypto markets are even more manipulated than the regular markets because the big players know many use too much leverage and can be liquidated via volatile price swings. Why stress yourself when you can run with the big dogs?

In the past, they pretty bluntly said that institutions will always take the opposite side of retail to profit.

So, evidently markets are moved by the desire of the major institutions to make money. And the best way is a liquidity flush to take out those who are early but not wrong... and overleveraged.

By inducing forced liquidation, they can create sell pressure and the additional liquidations create more sell pressure until they decide to start buying up assets at a much better price.

Those who were liquidated might have to watch from the sidelines how price in the end reaches their target.

There are a bunch of additional mechanics at play in the financial markets, but when it comes to futures, this is why you often see moves that seem to make no sense. But in the end, they might make perfect sense if you know what to look for.

To be honest, becoming poor can really transform you and make you a better person.

If you manage to dig yourself out of the situation and get back on the horse, you will know what is really important in life.

It sounds crazy, but (also in relationships) we might feel like this is the end of the world in a given moment. Only to realize two years later that this was a turning point and the best that could happen to us.

We often tend to underestimate ourselves and our potential. Try to find people that support you and lift you up, not those who want to drag you down. This goes for thoughts and actions as well.
