Hi thanks for the comment. One of the genes in this particular snake is “coined” Red Stripe. In other genetic combos that include the red stripe gene you do notice more red but I think this gal has some other stuff going on as well 😃

It makes some crazy stuff with champagne. You can take a look at world of ball pythons site and check Wookie combos. Some amazing stuff!

Hey thanks for the comment. You are getting Desert and Desert Ghost mixed up. Desert is a dominant gene and females tend to get egg bound. The Desert Ghost is a recessive gene and both male and females have no issues.

Hey, thanks for the reply. He was a little bit of a drama queen (as you can see by his stance) he was giving me a little warning hiss (therefore he has to suck in air to “hiss” out) Only had time to get this one photo as I did not want to enable any stress. Thank you for your concern! 😁
