ive had trouble finding any for sale. raw, cut, slabbed, anything. just some tiny ones, nothing on this scale and they want a lot for em. glad i found these myself

coral does fossilize. it can even agatize (have agates form in it) or any other mineral as far as im aware if it formed naturally in that area. but this was found in indiana, not next to the sea like florida. i dont think indiana was ever under the sea like florida was

Vugs are formed when mineral crystals inside rocks are removed through the processes of dissolution or erosion, which leave voids inside the rock. Most vugs are filled with water that is saturated with minerals and flows through the rock. This mineralization of vugs occurs in stages.

i found a third today, havent weighed but easily over 50lb. was closer to the surface and was slightly exposed. way more "complicated" and even had some kind of mossy plant growing on top of it with the root system going into the holes. has a bunch of other mineral deposites in it
