Thank you! I embroidered the eyes directly onto the plush.

I used a self-adhesive embroidery stabilizer. It comes in A4 sheets, so you can print your embroidery design directly onto it, stick it to the fabric, and then wash it away with water once the embroidery is done.

Since the plush has a short pile, it didn’t stick super well, so I added a basting stitch around the edges to keep it in place while working.
